Started in 1921 as a small family business at Kanaaldijk Zuid-oost in Helmond, Holland, J. H. de Wit en Zonen B. V. is known today as one of the most important companies manufacturer of ”easy” fixings in the world, dedicated to always offering the clients products and services of the highest quality level, having an impressive experience of 90 years.

Besides the nails for concrete known in the whole world, J. H. de Wit en Zonen B. V. produces a large range of fixings for electrical and sanitary installations. ROCAST NORD distributes only range of clamps for the fast fixing of pipes. For a bigger working speed these are pre-assembled with dowel and fixing screw by striking.

 

On the 1^st of March 2011 the Company DON QUICHOTTE restructures its services and portfolio and divides into De Wit BW and DON QUICHOTTE, two independent companies.

Their most popular products which ROCAST NORD distributes in Romania, is the nail for concrete made from hardened steel.

ROCAST NORD is set out to make popular a less known products on our market but very much used on the developed markets from Western Europe due to the easy to use system and the working speed, the product FIXPIN, described below.

FIXPIN

- the nail which can be drove in the toughest concrete

- has the same applications as the nails fixed by shooting, but it is easier to use

- products of the best quality

- made out of special hardened carbon steel

- steeled and hardened through a continuous process, with automatic modern equipment

- high toughness (>52RC) and an extremely  high flexibility (resistance to bending of 90 degrees), for an absolute safety (SEC guaranteed)

- the FIXPIN tools is made out of high quality steel and especially hardened in conformity with the standard concerning the safety DIN7255

- the handle of the tool guarantees safety in usage

Usage instructions

- for application, a specific FIXPIN tool is used and a hammer of 1 kg

- for the metallic clamps a 14 or 18 FIXPIN is used

- for wood slats a 35 or 40 FIXPIN is used

Applications

- it is a special nail for the rapid efficient and easy fixing of the clamps, belts, wood slats, plate sheets, profiles and pipes directly on the concrete, without needing a fore perforation or the usage of other tools.
